I care for souls through the practice of spiritual direction, through my writing, and by offering guided and self-guided retreats.

spiritual direction
Do you long for a safe space to look beneath the surface of your life, explore your deepest questions and follow the longings of your soul? Spiritual direction is the ancient practice of holding this space.
As a spiritual director, I already believe your life is a place of sacred encounter. I trust and celebrate your capacity to encounter the Divine and your deepest self.
Through compassionate listening and gentle questioning, I help you to go deeper into your experiences and notice the movement of sacred Presence and Love.
writing
Through my writing I share my evolving spirituality and encourage you to pay attention to your own. I enjoy weaving together stories, noticings and wonderings as I seek to offer reflect deeply on the holy ordinary of everyday life.
My first book Playing in Living Water: Practising a Prayerful Life is an invitation to approach prayer in a spirit of play. I am currently writing a second book exploring seasonal living as a spiritual practice. I also write regular letters to my subscribers via my Substack account Letters from a Soul Friend.
