Together we will go on an imaginary hot air balloon ride, allowing the horizon to expand as you look in all directions of life. I will companion you as you explore what is ending, what is beginning, what brings you life and what anchors you.
With the help of gentle questions and guided practice, you will strengthen your connection to your centre and deepen your awareness of how you are being invited.
There is no expectation that you arrive anywhere in particular, only a hope that you may find soul rest and guidance for your life’s journey.
This offering is suitable for all soulful seekers. Just bring yourself, some paper and a pen.

(This practice is inspired by an exercise in Wilke Au’s book The Enduring Heart: Spirituality for the Long Haul. A few features are similar to Au’s and may be familiar to you if you know his exercise.)
